Thames Vale Youth Orchestra concert

Thames Vale Youth Orchestra

A major orchestral concert by local youth orchestra TVYO, given in the Amey Theatre, at Abingdon School, Park Road Abingdon.

Including Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade, Walton's Henry V suite and Triumphal March from Caractacus by Elgar, this programme promises to showcase the virtuosity of all sections of the orchestra, under their conductor Caroline Hobbs-Smith.

The concert will last about 2 hours with an interval when refreshments will be available.
