Truro Symphony Orchestra Concert

Truro Choral Society

After the huge success of its concert last year, Truro Symphony Orchestra, Truro Choral Society’s affiliated orchestra, is putting on a Russian-themed concert on Saturday, 21st July, at Truro Cathedral. Orchestra members will once again be donating their services for free, with all proceeds going to support music making in the cathedral.

With Martin Palmer as conductor and Philip Montgomery-Smith as orchestra leader, the programme will include Shostakovich Festive Overture, Prokofiev Peter and the Wolf and Rimsky-Korsakov Scheherazade.

Tickets: £10 (under 19s free), available from ticketsource.co.uk/truro-symphony-orchestra or on the door.
