Vocal Workshop FREE – Songs by Sarah Quartel

Woking Ladies Choir

Learn two beautiful, recently-composed songs by Canadian composer Sarah Quartel, from Woking Ladies Choir’s friendship-themed summer programme.

‘All The Way Home’ is a gentle and uplifting reflection on what it means to sing in a choir; ‘Sing My Child’ is a buoyant, joyful song with dancing rhythms and driving movement.

Along the way, we’ll explore rhythm and diction in our singing (and maybe even brush up on music theory!) plus there will be opportunity for tea, cake, and a chat with like-minded local singers.

The workshop is free to attend and is open to singers of all levels – no music reading ability is necessary.
