Description of vacancy:
Worthing Silver Band (Traditional Brass Band) are looking for Trombone and Bass players to swell our ranks - players of any ability welcome. We also have a vacancy for a key player on either Flugelhorn or Repiano cornet - you must be a high standard for this.
We are a non contesting band with a busy list of engagements (we have had 10 this summer). We like to get brass music out to the public as often as we can.
We would also welcome any brass player of any standard to join us to either a learning band or full band.
We play a wide variety of music from pop/rock, TV Film themes to more traditional music. We are constantly trying to improve the standard of the bands playing and increase our reportoire.
