We're thrilled to announce that two composers from our Adopt a Composer project have been nominated for the 2018 British Composer Awards.
Robert Laidlow, involved in the current year's Adopt a Composer, has been nominated as one of three finalists in the 'Small Chamber' category for his piece 'Lines Between'.
Adopt a Composer alumni, Richard Bullen, has been nominated for his piece 'Fiery Tales' as one of three finalists in the 'Amateur or Young Performers' category, celebrating works for voluntary, amateur or youth choirs and ensembles.
The award ceremony will take place at the British Museum on Tuesday 4 December and will be broadcast on BBC Radio 3 on Sunday 9 December.
