Ongoing disruptions at CAF Bank which may impact your music group – and what you can do.
Making Music banks with the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) Bank, as some of you may, too. On 9 June, CAF Bank changed its online system, with consequences for customers, including us, such as inability to log in, closed helplines, missed payments, payments made twice, unidentifiable receipts, etc. now running into a third week. Our team collectively have spent days on the phone and/or finding other ways of mitigating the fallout from this badly planned and managed transition.
