Handel's Messiah (Part 1)

Louth Choral Society

Louth Choral Society will be performing choruses from Handel's most popular oratorio, 'Messiah', in the magnificent St James's Church, Louth. They will also be performing Bach's Chorale, 'Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring' and his Cantata 140: Wachet Auf, and Schutz's Psalm 100, 'Jauchzet dem Herrn'. They will be accompanied by four professional soloists and It will be conducted by Allan Smith.
