Rochester Choral Society

The Brahms Requiem is considered to be one of the most beautiful choral works. Composed after the death of the composer's mother, the music traces a journey of grief. There is sorrow, anger and pain but also warmth, brightness and calm. There will be 70 singers performing in the beautiful setting of Rochester Cathedral, accompanied by an orchestra of 30 musicians.
