A Family Concert

Havering Concert Orchestra

This Spring afternoon Family Concert is a relaxed concert for the whole family. It will be ideal as a first concert for children, teenagers, and adults alike. There will be opportunities to join in, meet the instruments, meet the players, and ask us questions.

Programme:
Prokofiev - Peter and the Wolf
Rossini - William Tell Overture
Music from the Films including:
Star Wars; Harry Potter;
The Lion King…

The pieces will be introduced, and Peter and the Wolf will be narrated by Simon Tatnall. Simon is a professional opera singer, writer, director of his own opera company and of several musical groups, as well as being our Conductor’s father.

Refreshments will be available.
