Come along to St Laurence’s church, Ludlow at 7.30pm on Saturday 17 February to hear a feast of music by Bruckner interspersed with items by other composers beginning with B – including Brahms, Beethoven, Bairstow and Briggs, and in particular the concert will include the
beautiful Agnus Dei by Samuel Barber, his arrangement for choir of the Adagio for Strings.
Bruckner’s music will reverberate magnificently around the walls of St Laurence’s, particularly with the addition of the four trombones, creating a birthday concert not to be missed!
