Newbury Choral Society present and early evening concert of music from Fauré and Mendelssohn. The programme is

In a change to our normal concert format, the music will start at 6pm and run without an interval, finishing around 7pm. We also change venue to St. John the Evangelist Church, which is a short distance from the town centre. After successfully running this format elsewhere, our Music Director is keen for NCS to introduce the idea to Newbury as it allows concert goers to enjoy beautiful music along with having time later for dinner or other social activities.
