Free Community Music Day at Haddo

Haddo comes alive with music and everyone is welcome to come along and join in – singers and musicians of any and all ages and abilities.

Join in come and sing/play workshops for musical fun and games and to learn some of the songs and music from the Song for Haddo project. We’re delighted that Moira Morrison and the instrumental players from McOpera are returning to Haddo to lead these 45 - 60 minute sessions.

Prefer drumming and samba rhythms? Then the percussion sessions from Guarana Street Band are for you – drums provided, bring your own wind or brass instruments and join the party!

Shy about joining in? You can just enjoy the music and rhythms – the Street Band, Meldrum Academy Pipe Band and McOpera’s wind players will be promenading between Haddo House and the main car park throughout the day. Or relax in the Country park’s Sensory garden and listen to a musical story teller.
