Dance music is a universal language that transcends cultural barriers, and its various genres reflect the diverse musical traditions and rhythms found around the world. From the energetic beats of Latin American salsa to classical ballets, the global dance music scene is a melting pot of styles and influences that continues to evolve and inspire people from all corners of the globe. In this concert we share a selection of dance music arranged specifically for Wind Orchestra.

The concert, conducted by our Musical Director Keiron Anderson, will also feature performers from from our 2023 Flute Day, who will be taking part in workshops to explore ensemble playing with flutes of all sizes, during the day.
