HORSHAM SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA SPRING CONCERT

Horsham Symphony Orchestra continue their 50th anniversary season with a superb concert of orchestral masterpieces.  The concert opens with Stravinsky’s delightful Divertimento from the ballet The Fairy’s Kiss, composed in homage to Tchaikovsky. Acclaimed local soloist, Pavlos Carvalho, then joins the orchestra for a performance of Schumann’s lyrical Cello Concerto.

The concert closes with a roof-raising performance of Sibelius’s majestic Second Symphony.
