YMC Assessments/Auditions 4th July

Assessments/Auditions are coming up at YMC on 4th July for string and wind players at the HGS Free Church NW11 7AG. This is a very important day! It decides which orchestra, or chamber group students can join for the next academic year at YMC.  To have a better understanding to what is involved in orchestral playing please do read the orchestral skills information, which you can find online: http:// www.youthmusiccentre.uk/orchestral-standards/.

Every player should prepare a piece they feel very comfortable with. Don’t play anything which you have only just started learning.
