Pop Classics through the ages
Stone Choral Society
A summer concert of favourite pop songs from the 1950s to the present day, with wine, soft drinks, strawberries & cream. Including well-known numbers from Abba & the Beatles, "Bridge over troubled water", and songs such as "Build me up Buttercup", "The eye of the tiger" and "The time of my life." Our conductor is Harriet Johnson, accompanist Jennifer Hames, and we shall be joined by singers from Christ Church Academy, Stone.
