Spirit of Music Festival
Welcome to the fourth year of our annual Spirit of Music Festival that has grown into an exciting two weeks of events, centred around the local community.
Friday 28th April, 7pm | St Peters Church, West Liss
Tickets: £8 | Students & teens: £5 | Children: Free
Internationally successful band, Flight Brigade returns to Liss by popular demand, with an acoustic set.
Saturday 29th April, 2 – 3pm | The Triangle Centre, Liss (Free entry, retiring collection)
Liss Band give an open air promenade concert as the official opening to the festival, followed by a workshop.

Listen to the Havant Youth Band and the Joel Knee Jazz Combo at an evening of swing music, and use the chance to dance as the ‘Spirit of Music’ takes you!

Rotherhurst String Quartet presents Mozart and Mendelssohn with Cream Tea
Friday 5th May, 7:30pm | The Triangle Centre, Liss
Tickets: £10, to include canapes & a glass of wine
John Bridcut presents his film about the musical form - The Requiem
Saturday 6th May, 3pm | St Peter's Church, Petersfield (Free entry, retiring collection)
Bach and the Divine - The Chamber Music, featuring chamber music and solo works for violin, cello and piano.
Saturday 6th May, 7:30pm | St Peter's Church, Petersfield (Free entry, retiring collection)
German Choral Traditions, including Mozart's requiem, performed by The Petersfield Choir and Southdowns Camerata.
Sunday 7th May, 4pm | St Mary's Church, Liss (Free entry, retiring collection)
Family-friendly concert from the Southdowns Camerata and guitarist Amanda Cook, presenting works by Vivaldi, Albeniz and Telemann. This concert will also feature the Young Southdowns Strings and Liss Forest Ballet School.
Various prices for different concerts - some are free entry, retiring collection and others are ticketed at the door. All prices are no more than £10.
