Baroque Choral Masterpieces will be directed by Keith Orrell.

The William Byrd Singers form the five-part chorus for Handel's Dixit Dominus and Bach's Magnificat, joined by five young professional soloists from the college, and accompanied by the superb Eighteenth Century Concert Orchestra playing period instruments at baroque pitch.

The orchestra will also play instrumental pieces by Bach and Handel to complete a stunning programme of the most dramatic, energetic and virtuosic music of the baroque period.
