Carols and Lullabies: Christmas in the Southwest
Hampstead Chamber Choir
Fans of choral music are always spoiled for choice in December, when almost every choir in London gives a concert! Hampstead Chamber Choir’s contribution to the season is NOT to be missed! Think of our concert as a FIESTA with lively and lovely folk-based music from the Southwest of America - much of it in Spanish. Carols and Lullabies by Conrad Susa, features an atmospheric accompaniment by guitar (Kevin Cahill), marimba and percussion (Calum Huggan), and harp (Annie Denholm); and to accompany our more traditional carols for choir (and audience too), we have Douglas Tang at the organ. We will also be selling the ubiquitous Christmas mince pies and mulled wine…the treats of the season.
