Formed in 1997, the Kungsbacka Piano Trio has gained an enviable reputation as one of the most outstanding ensembles of its kind. The Trio established itself by winning First Prize in the Melbourne International Chamber Music Competition and joining BBC Radio 3's New Generation Artists’ scheme.
The Trio has a strong connection with Sweden through founder member Malin Broman, and performs regularly throughout that country. They also appear at numerous festivals and venues worldwide, and have made many recordings for the NAXOS label.
