Affinity Female Voice Choir

Affinity Female Voice Choir are delighted to return to The Gate for their biggest summer concert yet - “Showtime!”. Now in its fourth year, this 40-strong choir hit the heights with an array of fabulous songs from much-loved films and shows including Mamma Mia, The Lion King, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Sister Act, The Little Mermaid and many more. Under the musical direction of Diane Wright, the choir has grown in number, strength and confidence over the last few years and the versatility of Affinity is exactly what is required to perform the many varied styles of songs from these popular musicals and movies. The choir were delighted to have sold out two performances of their 2015 Christmas concert at Chapter Arts Centre as well as appearing at Birmingham Christmas Market and several charity events during the Christmas period, and are now ready to embrace the demanding repertoire of Showtime. Come along to see why our members are proud of their choir, (our audiences tell us each of our concerts is even better than the last!) and for a delightfully entertaining night out.
