Midsummer Nocturnes - Echoes of Nature

Waverley Singers

This concert is part of the 70th Anniversary season of the Waverley Singers. The programme includes the world premiere of a new work by Owain Park, Five Nocturnes, for choir with piano and obbligato clarinet and cello, commissioned in memory of former choir member Jo Reader. We are joined by poet Rosie May Jones who will perform some of her poems on the theme of nature.
