Bellot Ensemble is a dynamic group specialising in 17th-century music, known for historically informed performances and style-specific improvisation. Recent highlights include performances at Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht and London Early Music Festival, and a UK tour of The Dragon of Wantley with New Sussex Opera. A Philip and Dorothy Green Young Artist 2024/25, they are currently recording Cupid’s Ground Bass, a new album of 17th-century love arias, supported by Continuo Foundation.
