ERCU continues its celebration of the seasons with winter music including Joseph Haydn’s depiction of winter, the fourth part of his oratorio The Seasons. Our concerts also feature Thomas LaVoy's water psalms, commissioned in 2021 to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the opening of Greyfriars Kirk for worship, as well as works by James MacMillan and Paul Mealor. Michael Bawtree, ERCU chorus director, and Thomas LaVoy will talk about water psalms before the Greyfriars concert on the 19th.
