Czech Mates - Dvorak and the Bohemians

The seventh Whittington Music Festival again attracts eleven world-class musicians to perform, this year, six 'Bohemian' concerts devoted to the music of Dvorak, Smetana, Janacek, Suk and Martinu. The Friday concert includes a ten-minute medley of Czech music performed by young musicians together with the professional artists. Under the artistic direction of James Barralet (cello), the other artists are Julian Arp (cello), Adrian Brendel (cello), Maia Cabeza (violin), Tim Crawford (violin), Robin Green (piano), Lea Hennino (viola), Francis Kefford (viola), Greg Lawson (violin), Priya Mitchell (violin) and Sophia Rahman (piano).
