Easingwold Town Band

We’re a standard brass band, a part of the community life of Easingwold and its neighbourhood, and a registered charity. Founded in 1901, we play at local events throughout the year — fêtes and garden parties, parades, village fairs, charity events, Christmas functions and official occasions — with summer bandstand performances in Easingwold and further afield. We rehearse on Monday evenings throughout the year at our own bandroom, and we offer a friendly welcome to players of all ages and standards. Our Development Band and Begonners' Group rehearse on Friday evenings, with subsidised private 1-to-1 tuition available. We contest in the National Brass Band Championships, and we are 2020 North of England 4th section Champions. We toured in Germany in summer 2019.
