Westbury Park Orchestra

Westbury Park Orchestra is based in North Bristol and rehearses on Monday evenings at Red Maids Junior School.

It is a Community Orchestra comprising a good representation across all instruments - violins, violas, cellos, clarinets, oboes, flutes, bassoons, timpani and even an ecletic brass section of trumpets, trombones, saxes, French horn and tuba.

There is no audition and our average standard is probably about grade 5-6. We have performed mostly for charity purposes, including at local care homes, churches and at Southmead hospital for their regular 'buskathons'. Our emphasis is on community and enjoyment.
