Description of vacancy:
We are NYCOS – that’s National Youth Choir of Scotland – and what we do is pretty unique. We are the charity that gives young people and music leaders up and down the whole of Scotland a way to develop their singing and their leadership skills.
We work hard to support children and young people to access music making in a way that we know changes their lives, and often helps them build brighter and more confident futures. And we support teachers and choir directors to open up those opportunities.
The choirs this work produces that are second to none. World renowned. There are seven National Choirs, a network of fourteen Regional Choirs and a huge Creative Learning programme that reaches around the world, way beyond our shores, to encourage children, young people and adults alike.
