We are delighted to welcome Lesley Garrett back to Chesterfield; 40 years since the last sang with the Chesterfield Philharmonic Choir in the Parish Church, the 'Crooked Spire'. On that occasion, only her second professional performance as a young music student, she sang in the Durufle 'Requiem', from which she will sing the Pie Jesu on this occasion. The concert will be in the newly refurbished Winding Wheel Theatre, a grade 2 listed building.

This concert will feature an eclectic mix of music, most of it popular and well known, with Lesley performing two solo spots, as well as singing with the choir(s). culminating with the whole company joining with Lesley in 'You'll Never Walk Alone'.
