Our first concert in over 2 years due to restrictions of the Covid 19 pandemic sees the chorus present Faure Requiem and several opera choruses including Easter Hymn by Mascagni, Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves & Anvil Chorus by Verdi and Te Deum from Tosca by Puccini. The chorus will be joined by soloists, Roxana Nite (Soprano) of Clyde Opera Group and Alexandru Onea (Baritone). Both have sung in many operatic productions and concerts. Accompanying the chorus on organ & piano will be Andrew Thom of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church Ayr. The chorus is delighted at being able to preform once again to the public in a live setting, the Falkirk Trinity Church in the town centre. The concert is scheduled for the afternoon of Sunday, 15th May at 3 pm.
Under the guidance and direction of our Musical Director, Razvan Luculescu, the chorus looks forward to welcoming back folks to an enjoyable afternoon of live choral music.
