Leicester Philharmonic Choir Season Opener - Verdi Requiem

Verdi's Requiem is a perennial favourite.  To do justice to the Dies Irae, it requires a big sound.  Step forward Leicester Phil who will be joined for this event by both Market Harborough and Lutterworth & District Choral Societies: Big Sound sorted.  Making this concert a truly local event, our Orchestra for the evening is the wonderful Leicester Symphony Orchestra.  

Our Musical Director will be wielding his baton with his usual panache and our talented and well-respected soloists for the evening are: Nins Bennet, Louise Mott, Mark Wilde and Marcus Farnsworth.
