Hannah Roper (violin) and Adrian Partington (piano)

Local Duo – Hannah Roper, violinist and teacher, was the recipient of the prestigious Martin Musical Scholarship of the Philharmonia Orchestra for three consecutive years and received the inaugural Yehudi Menuhin Prize for string playing whilst reading music at the University of Cambridge. Adrian Partington, Director of Music at Gloucester Cathedral and Artistic Director of the Gloucester Three Choirs Festival, is a conductor, chorus master, organist and pianist, and also a director of the BBC National Chorus of Wales. In March 2018 Adrian and Hannah recorded an album of music by Elgar and Vaughan-Williams.
