As we complete a whole year in which Covid-19 has prevented us singing together as a choir, members of Rochester Choral Society have again been making separate recordings of their voices, which have now been skilfully blended together into the third of our Virtual Concerts, premiering 7.30pm on Sunday 11th April 2021 at https://youtu.be/kjNo1XChMY4
For our Spring Concert, we have chosen Vivaldi’s Gloria, a piece whose cheerful effervescence reflects the optimism of a new year and the hope that we (and other choirs all over the world) will soon be able to raise our voices together in person again. The concert begins in Rochester, before moving to Vivaldi's home city of Venice, using the beautiful photography of Stefan Venter at upixphotography.com
Vocal Soloists are:

Andrew Leslie Cooper - countertenor
