The existing database fields are quite thorough – we hope you will find the field you want already exists. If it doesn't it is possible to add a small number of additional fields if your group needs them. Please get in touch if this is the case.
You can also use the Member Audit tool to store bespoke information about your members.
Where a field exists and has options to pick from (for example the 'sections' field has a list of instruments to pick form), you can often add to the options on the list (see: Categories). You will find that not every list can have options added by you, but we might be able to, so please get in touch.
