Treasurer

The Leamington Spa Competitive Festival has existed since 1910 and runs an annual festival of music, speech and dance. The Treasurer is responsible for all  financial control matters and also for the preparation of the Charity Commission annual submission, insurance and Performing Rights Society returns. There is a small, relatively informal, committee which meets about six times a year (usually Thursday evenings). You do not need to be a musician but an interest in music helps. A willingness to help on festival days would be a bonus. You should be capable of preparing annual financial statements for audit and presenting them at the AGM.
