Currently it’s not possible to restrict page access to all committee members only. However, you can upload private documents for a committee, which only committee members will be able to see or access. See: Committees and Teams.
You can also restrict page access using Data Administration Access. For example if someone is assinged Data Administration Access for events they could access event adminstration pages. Someone without Data Administration Access for events would only see the events pages a regular member could see. See: Access Levels and Member Logins.
