Choir Leader

The Stockbridge Colonies Choir is looking for a new enthusiastic and experienced choir leader to take up post in September 2024.

We are a small community choir which started ten years ago. We sing a range of music in unaccompanied 4-part harmonies. 

We are looking for an imaginative individual able to motivate a group of singers of varied ability to have fun and occasionally work towards performing.

People do not have to audition to join and do not need to read music.

We have 38 members of varying ages who are residents and friends of the Stockbridge Colonies and surrounding areas. 

We meet at the Lifecare Centre, 2 Cheyne Street in Stockbridge on Wednesday evenings 7.15-9.15 pm during school terms. The Centre is physically accessible and close to public transport.

Remuneration:  £81 to £90 per rehearsal, depending upon experience.
