BBC Music Day aims to connect communities and generations through a UK-wide celebration of music on TV, Radio, online and at live events.

In June this year, the very first BBC Music Day featured over 20 live music events, including a 73-mile musical relay from dawn to dusk along Hadrian’s Wall, a special educational needs and disability youth concert with The British Paraorchestra in Bristol, and a record-breaking musical event in Cardiff.
