Southampton Philharmonic Choir’s rehearsal accompanist is retiring after almost 15 years in post, and we are seeking an experienced successor to start, ideally, in September 2025.

ACCOMPANIST NEEDE FOR WELL ESTABLISHED CHORAL SOCIETY IN SOUTH DEVON.

The Society is looking for an experienced choral accompanist, if possible in time for the start of its autumn season commencing September 2025. The Choir meets on Tuesdays in term time from 19.30 – 21.30 at the Methodist Hall, New Road, Bromyard HR7 4AJ.

The Society, which was founded in 1957, is a small friendly SATB choir and, whilst we do not require auditions, we do require to attain a high standard of performance.

There is likely to be a very varied musical content in its programmes. Some concerts may be of a single major work, others much more varied.

Fakenham Choral Society in North Norfolk is seeking a rehearsal accompanist from 1st April 2025.

Weekly rehearsals on Thursday evenings from 7-9 pm.

Strong sight-reading skills are essential, and a familiarity in score reading vocal lines would be advantageous.

We are looking for an experienced choral accompanist to start in September. The role is to play for rehearsals on a Monday evening (7.45-9.45pm) during term times, with the potential to play piano, organ or harpsichord in concerts, where appropriate. It is desirable, but not essential that the successful candidate will be able to lead sectional rehearsals, as well as cover when the Musical Director is not available.

Vivace! is a small choir who sing an eclectic mix of music, and perform concerts about six times a year around Sussex working with and for local good causes and charities.

We are looking for a piano accompanist/rehearsal pianist.
