Voluntary conductor for a small string group

We are a string group called Highly Strung based in the New Forest. We have about 10 to 12 regular players of a good standard and we are looking for a conductor. We all pay a small sub to cover expenses such as hall hire but this does not stretch to paying a fee for a conductor and so ideally we would like to find someone who conducts for love just as we play for love. We meet twice a month in New Milton, Hampshire on the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 19.00 to 21.00. Our main purpose is to have fun playing music from the vast string repertoire.
