The Norwood Wind Ensemble is a group of over thirty talented amateur musicians, based in Addington Village,Croydon. Rehearsals are held on Sunday afternoons. Their repertoire is varied, ranging from wind band classics and marches to classical, popular and modern compositions. They are always on the lookout for new committed and able players, so if you are interested in joining our group please do get in touch.

We are looking for additional string players (esp. violin & double bass) to joing our growing, friendly, ambitious orchestra. We rehearse on Monday evenings in Truro. No audition required just an attitude to play exciting classical music as well as we can. Contact us by email to find out more.

We are Sound Force Big Band, 17 musicians who enjoy playing popular big band arrangemets. Formed some 20 years ago,we play music from 40`s,50`s, together with more modern numbers. With a regular female and male singer, our repertoire, the style of music and our versatility has incresed.

We are very fortunate to have a professional musician from the Coldstram Guards as our regular Musical Director. Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings at Lane End Community Centre, near Marlow, Bucks 8-10pm.
