Musical Director

Medway Singers is a mixed choir of about 20 singers formed in 1994 and based in Strood, Rochester in the Medway Towns in Kent.  The choir sings in four-part harmony, does not hold auditions, and is known for being welcoming and friendly.  Our main objectives are to promote improve, develop & maintain public education in and appreciation of the art & science of music by presentation of public concerts.

Marnhull Community Choir is looking to appoint a new Music Director for September 2025 following the departure of their current director, who is moving away from the area. We are looking for a skilled, ambitious and motivating conductor to continue the development of the choir.

Marnhull Community Choir is an un-auditioned mixed choir of c.50 singers drawn from Marnhull village and the surrounding rural area in North Dorset.  We rehearse on Wednesday evenings in the Marnhull Village Hall and perform primarily in the hall or local church.   

Truro Choral Society Musical Director

Now in his 16th year with us, our Musical Director Martin Palmer has decided to retire from Truro Choral Society at the end of this choir season. We are looking for a new MD from September, to lead our enthusiastic, 120-voice mixed choir.

Horsham Chamber Choir is looking for a new Musical Director with effect from September 2025.

HCC is a mixed choir of about 30 members with a good balance between SATB.  The choir performs a very wide-ranging repertoire including a cappella and early music.  

Our new Musical Director will share our ambition and enthusiasm, develop our musicianship, and build on the high standards that underpin the choir's reputation for excellence.

Brockham Choral is a thriving choir based in Dorking, Surrey, meeting on Tuesday evenings from September to June, and putting on three concerts a year, usually with at least one involving an orchestra and/or professional soloists.  We are looking for a new MD starting September 2025.
