Bath Symphony Orchestra is seeking a new Musical Director from September 2025.

Longwell Green Orchestra in Bristol has a paid vacancy for the post of Musical Director/Conductor. We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual to motivate and inspire our members, whilst maintaining the friendly and inclusive atmosphere of the orchestra. We rehearse on Thursday evenings, 7.30-9.30pm and perform 4-6 public concerts per year. We have a library of sheet music including show tunes, folk and classical. We are looking for a Choir Director to develop and lead the Sheffield Choir through the pilot project. You will lead the choir on a weekly basis from Sheffield Cathedral.  You will have experience and/or an understanding of coproduced projects and working alongside people who live with vulnerabilities in their lives.  You will also be able to work from your own initiative and have confidence in leading alongside members. You will co-lead the choir alongside our Sheffield Choir Manager, who will coordinate a range of non-musical aspects of choir and also lead on delivering approximately two gigs during the pilot. There are also opportunities to lead on community workshops in homelessness services on an ad-hoc basis in order to spread the Choir with No Name love.

Maidenhead Choral Society is a non-auditioned SATB choir of around 30 members. We are looking for a Musical Director to start in January 2025. Our current MD is sadly stepping down after 2years due to a change of work committment. We wish to appoint an enthusiastic  and motivated MD who can help us attract more members and by the music we sing, a lerger audience. We rehearse on Monday evenings from 7.45pm to 9.45pm during term time. Ideally, we are looking for someone based in or arounf East Berkshire to avoid long travelling times to rehearsals.

In May 2025 Epsom Male Voice Choir’s current Musical Director is stepping down after 11 successful years, and the choir is looking for a suitable replacement. (The timing of the appointment will be discussed at interview.)

Voices Anon, an established choir based in Maidenhead is looking for a talented and motivational Conductor/Musical Director to lead and inspire the choir from January 2025. We are an all-inclusive mixed ability, friendly non audition choir of around 80 singers of varied ages.

St Albans Choral Society, one of the leading amateur choirs in Hertfordshire, is looking to appoint a new Music Director in September 2025 to replace George Vass, who is stepping down after 30 years in the role.

Westbury & District Choral Society (Westbury Choral) wishes to recruit a new Musical Director from September 2025. The successful candidate will be an experienced, enthusiastic Musical Director who shares our love of great choral music and will bring their own energy, inspiration, and creativity to the choir.
